Breakfastclub

Father Christmas gave the school a wonderful present of a Wii and the Breakfast Club are the first to use it. Of course not everybody can go on the Wii at the same time but we will be setting up a rota so everybody who wants a go can have a turn.

We have already got some games such as Wii Resort, but will be trialling more games such as Just Dance. If you have a game you would like to play you can bring it along to Breakfast Club but please make sure it is clearly marked with your name.

If you want to come to Breakfast club it is just £1.00 per day; breakfast is a choice of three items such as Cereal, juice, toast, bacon, scrambled egg, fruit or yogurt. Breakfast club begins at 8.05 and ends at 8.50 when the children join the rest of the children on the playground before going into class.

As well as the Wii other games and activities will still be taking place; children can play football in the Arena, Swim each Friday, enjoy Multi Skills each Tuesday with Tom the Coach, skip, play games or draw.

Why not make your new year’s resolution to have a healthy start to the day. All children are welcome to attend the Breakfast Club which only costs £1 per day. Breakfast is served from 8.05 a.m. There is a choice of 3 items from a selection incuding; toast with jam, cereal (weetabix, cornflakes, rice crispies, shreddies), fruit, fruit juice (apple or orange), a choice each day from; beans, bacon, scrambled egg, and occasionally muffins, crumpets or bread rolls.

There is a variety of games and sports on offer including football (in the areana), swimming, badminton, tennis, skipping, as well as drawing and board games. Breakfast Club finishes at 8.50 when the children go into the yard and line up with their class.

Welcome to the Breakfast Club Blog;

We are delighted to let you know that the Breakfast Club continues to be very successful.  All children are welcome to come along.  Breakfast is served between 8.05 a.m. and 8.25 a.m. and activities continue until 8.50 when the children go into the playground and go into class with the rest of the pupils.  The cost is £1.00 per day.

We would like to encourage children to attend to enjoy a healthy breakfast which consists of a choice of 3 items from a selection including:  Cereal, Fruit Juice, Toast, Yogurt, and a choice from; bacon, eggs, beans and occasionally sausages.

The children can enjoy a variety of activities including;  Football (in the arena), badminton, netball, tennis, rounders, games as well as drawing, board games and computer.  Children have an opportunity to swim every Friday, swimmers can enjoy their breakfast at 8.30 a.m.

We operate a drop in Breakfast club, children can come all week or on any day.
